My Story

People do business with people, I would love to get to know you in person, here’s a little insight into who I am, hopefully that won’t put you off!

Half Kenyan, half English, 100% Mancunian

Brought up in the best multi-cultural-colourful environment anyone could wish for. Was the shyest kid on the block until the local pantomime company took me in hand, launched me onto the stage and I’ve not shut up since.

Driven by the love of diversity, the thrill of the experience and the grounding of the need to earn money, my career has been completely accidental but my achievements very tangible.

Boundless energy

Boundless energy has fuelled working and travelling around the world (6 out of the 7 continents), delivering some of the most complicated change projects for some of the biggest organisations, finding time to throw in high altitude trekking, parachuting, paragliding, diving, mountain biking the world’s most dangerous road as well as cooking, writing and of course football, the only other language outside of Mancunian I have mastered.

Work that's personal

My work is personal, it is my job to help others, use my experiences, energy and skills to help you achieve your goals, businesses maximise their potential, the UK be the best country it can be, the world be a better place for all of us.

“My work is personal. It is my job to help others, use my experiences, energy and skills to help you achieve your goals, and businesses to maximise their potential.”

Experienced entrepreneur

I was always a square peg in a round hole as an employee, not because I hated it or my employers hated me, I just didn’t quite fit. No-one was surprised when I started my first business in 2004 and I haven’t looked back. Being entrepreneurial is a way of life for me, I am always on but my life and work are so integrated, it never feels that way.
