The Boots Brands & Exclusives business had purchased Siemens Teamcenter PLM software but were struggling to gain traction and the need for additional funding had been forecast.
I was invited to review and explore options to turn the project around. Met stakeholders to scope drivers and concerns; agreed framework for project restart; developed options to mitigate need for additional funding; created an engagement strategy; worked on bug fixes with Siemens; and developed training for pre and post launch. The re-energised project was handed back to Boots to take forward with minimum additional spend and maximum staff engagement.
