I was engaged to interface between key stakeholders and to design the NPD process. Recruited change champions internally and mentored in people-centred approaches; facilitated NPD workshops to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit; and designed the NPD processes. Delivered streamlined, fit for purpose practices with operating units reporting benefit in the first financial cycle post-implementation.
