Spirax Sarco was ready to go-live with a global pilot (one product range) of Quality & Engineering Change streams of their PLM Programme.
With a global deployment of all products ahead of them they felt they would benefit from some PLM Coaching. Working with the Programme Director and his Project Team, I was engaged to evaluate, opportunities / challenges of the planned change and advise and coach the in-house team to underpin successful business engagement, stakeholder management, communications and overall project delivery.
