Experienced entrepreneur
I was always a square peg in a round hole as an employee, not because I hated it or my employers hated me, I just didn’t quite fit. No-one was surprised when I started my first business in 2004 and I haven’t looked back. Being entrepreneurial is a way of life for me, I am always on but my life and work are so integrated, it never feels that way.
My philosophy
Say what no one wants to say but everyone wants to hear. Think, say and do the unthinkable for the management team. Deliver business benefits that go way beyond the project headlines. 100% fearless and focused on business change. Challenging, probing, enabling and empowering. Unstuffy, unusual, quirky and unafraid to have fun.

The Human Approach Model
The Human Approach is my passion, it is the present I would like to give to all people responsible for delivering change, the thing that has made a difference in all my projects. It's as basic as ABC and as easy as counting 1 to 10, it works on an individual level, group level & leadership level.

There are a lot of psychological factors that come into play when delivering change; trust, confidence and the most basic but most important; can we work together? Does that chemistry exist between us to deliver what you need? There is only one way to find out.
