Baker Hughes had an established digital backbone that had to transition to a GE infrastructure then demerge back again. The demerger paralleled a rebrand of Baker Hughes as a sustainable technology partner for the oil and gas industry.

I was engaged to troubleshoot the existing PLM programs, data strategies and integrated digital business backbones to try and assist the business operations delivering in an environment of constant change. Change on change is the most complex and challenging of situations.

Maintaining a people centred strategy helped provide direction and steady the ship when needed and the use of directive and disruptive methods to push change forward.
