A PZ Cussons project to build a new liquid soap factory evolved into the development of a Liquids, Perfumery and R&D Innovation Centre in Manchester.
I was engaged to lead forward momentum and drive stakeholder consensus. Developed Project Definition Document; led team of 12 Stream Leaders and wider project team of 60; designed creative, non-directive engagement approach to inform organisational design; and presented updates to the Steering Committee to underpin decision making. The Innovation Centre was completed and significant cultural change commenced.
