Sky TV was transitioning from broadcaster to content producer.
I was engaged to work closely with one of the leadership teams and explore engagement issues. Used the ‘Believe in Better’ tag line to stimulate discussion on what ‘better’ could look like; explored the responses and group agreements and disagreements; examined perceptions of behaviour; and enabled the team to construct a positive plan based on different insights. Removed team barriers to deliver a strong foundation for continued in-house development.
