Moog was planning a SAP rollout and required a review of their Siemens Teamcenter PLM software.
Created a change programme around a digital business backbone that aligned Business planning, CRM, PLM, SAP.
I was engaged to evaluate opportunities/challenges of the planned change and review PLM. Assessed the use of PLM and SAP in UK, Europe, USA and Japan; met stakeholders to scope drivers and concerns; and recommended PLM upgrade; specified PLM upgrade with stakeholders; and made recommendation to create a programme of change aligned to idea of a ‘business backbone’ including CRM, PLM, SAP and Business Planning which was accepted.
