PZ Cussons initiated the standardisation of major brands across Africa.
I was engaged as the interface between the Project Manager and Steering Committee for relaunch of the‘Venus’ brand. Developed hybrid project methodology based on PRINCE2 and Agile; designed and delivered coaching system that enabled learning by doing; led project team across UK, Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana; and ensured workstreams stayed on track. Succeeded in relaunching ‘Venus’ as a regional brand and this was followed by four new pan-African ranges with an expectation of significant increase in sales.
